FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CONNECTION ISSUES :
Stuck in a 'connecting loop' after selecting your location?
This is due to the firewall blocking the outbound/inbound connections to the server. Please allow access to the ports and IP as mentioned above to resolve this.
Landed in the Virtual Mill and can only see blue sky?
Restart the Virtual Mill and be sure to select an avatar from the drop down menu, even if 'M1' is already displayed and it is M1 you want, still select it again.
AUDIO ISSUES :
Please check your Antivirus software is not preventing the Virtual Mill from connecting to your speakers or microphone.
